Under the current rules, if a MiLB draft pickor free agent pick-up is traded, the team trading it away cannot replace the roster spot. However, if a MiLB player is traded, the team trading him away is allowed to add a replacement player. Voting for option #1 will keep this the same.
Voting for option #2 will change the rules to allow draft picks and pick-up trades to be replaceable like players. This would allow managers to replace a minor leaguer on their roster under any circumstance in which they would lose, trade or discard a minor leaguer or his roster spot.
Voting for option #3 will change player trades to be irreplaceable like draft picks or pick-ups. Minor league players and roster spots would only be replaceable if a player was dropped or lost eligibility.
This change would go into affect for the upcoming season, beginning after the keeper deadline.

Results: Each team can carry 20 minor leaguers, and traded MiLB draft picks or pickups can be replaced at the end of the MiLB Free Agent 1/day Pick-up Period.
