Chris Taylor…he's out 4-6 weeks, but there was/is no guarantee that he'd be on the MLB team (therefore not on the DL). What say you almighty commish?

Same sort of question for Bobby Parnell...the Rotoworld blurb by his name on my ESPN team page reports that "he is expected to begin the season on the DL." As per our usual procedure, if he is not yet DL-eligible when it comes time for us to set final rosters, but still expected to begin the season on the DL, I'm allowed to drop him until he's DL-eligible without fear of losing him, right?

Yes, but you must declare it when you drop him.
