If you drop a player that is on the DL because your DL slots are full, are you responsible for his salary? Just wondering becuase I dropped Danny Richar and he was on the DL.

Yes, you are responsible for half the salary. You can drop a player without penalty to activate a player that is no longer DL-eligible, but Richar is still on the DL.

Sort of a follow up question here. If i activate a player from the DL can I drop a player that is DL eligible without penalty?

You can drop whoever you want when activating a player from the DL. If you want to drop the player that you're activating, that is within the rules.

I have a question, if we have more then 2 dl eligible, we dont have anywhere on here to really post who our Dl players are. That could cause problems with the salaries.

I thought we could only have 2 guys salary exempt on the DL, and if we have a 3rd DL guy, we have to pay his salary as though he wasn't on the DL.
Otherwise you could carry a pack of "free" DL players.

I think he meant how do we designate which players that we have on the DL we want to be exempt. For instance I have 4 DL eligible players, how do I let you know which guys I want on the DL. There is a little strategy involved with who is actually on the DL and whose salary you want to carry. We should have a spot where we can post our DL related moves.

Okay, I'll make a thread for DL-eligible players so we can designate which guys are on the DL and which aren't.
