Currently, each team starts each season (barring trades) with 8 MiLB keepers, 5 MiLB draft picks, and 6 MiLB Free Agent acquisitions, for a base of 19 players. Each team has a maximum of 20 MiLB players on their roster at any given point. (A manager has to acquire the 20th MiLB roster spot through trade.) Voting for option #1 keeps this the same.
Voting for option #2 will make only one change: giving each manager an additional MiLB roster spot (as a free agent pick-up) for a base maximum of 20 MiLB players.
Voting for option #3 will give each manager an additional MiLB roster spot AND increase the minor league draft to 7 rounds.
Voting for option #4 will give each manager an additional MiLB roster spot AND increase the Minor League Free Agent Pick-Up Period (1 pick every 24 hours) to 7 days.
Please note that regardless of the results of this vote, no team will be allowed to have more than 20 minor leaguers on their roster at any point.
Because minor league draft picks and free agent pick-ups have already been traded for the upcoming season, these changes will be effective starting in the 2015 draft.

Results: Everyone starts with 7 MiLB free-agent pick ups now, instead of 6.
