I found a figure of $1.5M listed on his player page at Baseball Reference, but not sure since we usually go by Cot's and they don't list anything.

In this case it looks like a mistake on Cot's. I recorded a salary of $1.5mil when I looked him up on Cot's in December, so it must've been left off when they moved his info to Arizona. I checked a couple sites and they all agree, $1.5 mil.
