The Commish should be able to put him back on my team. I didn't realize he is 7 AB over due to last year. I will drop someone else if I can't send him down.

This has happened a few times now. I'll allow you to drop someone else and put Towles back on your roster, but you have to pay better attention to your players' eligibility from here on out.
