Although it seems like this guy's been on the radar forever (dating back to the time he was known as Carlos Matias), he's still only 22. The Cardinals clearly view him as a starter for the long term, but he's being used out of the bullpen for the moment. I won't be keeping him, but if you want to, I'll take a draft pick for him right now.
