I emailed everyone a copy of the 2009 draft order, complete with previously traded picks. I will likely send another updated version right before the draft begins (sometime in January? February?) after any trades that go down between November 1st and the keeper deadline of December 31st. Depending on when the draft begins, we may have another no-trade period after the keeper deadline.
