can i propose a system where i always have the first pick?
if not, keep it the same....teams that suck will battle to get up to 9th place-ish

Definitely a big fan of the current system. When teams tank on purpose, it affects the standings for everyone, not just the people they're trying to out-tank. I'd much rather have everyone try to stay competetive.
