I mean maybin will prolly be the starter, but if he falters at all de aja will get a shot along with ross.. Wouldnt be suprised to see amezega get some starts there also.

Either one would have been a great pick, quite honestly. You can't really say one pick was a surprise over the other at this point.

Dont quite understand that.. Slowey is ranked higer then bailey on almost every prospect list i see, and yet noone will give him his props.. Bailey does pitch in a ver hitter friendly park also..

I've never seen Slowey on any prospect list.
And Bailey's pretty much been the top pitching prospect for what, 3 years now?

As I go back and read old scouting reports, Slowey isn't even the top pitching prospect in his organization. Baker ranks higher, and Garza (when still a Twin) ranked MUCH higher.

Baker ranks higher, and Garza (when still a Twin) ranked MUCH higher. in '07 bailey was #5 on BA and sloweay was 70something. and slowey obviously isn;t on any prospect lists this year since he's not a rookie anymore. but my head is up my ass...maybe urs is, too |

Im not gonna go looing up sights, But on about 3 different sights ive seen slowey ranked 3-4 spots higher then Bailey. Im not trying to say slowey is better just that slowey isnt given his due. His stats last year post break were verrry good for a young guy in one of his first stints. I had a rough day and im tired and your poorly aimed remarks just kinda hit a sore spot. I know you cent help being an a-hole so i forgive you.Lol

I just found a list that had Bailey on it as early as 2006 pre-season at #22. 2007 pre-season saw him at #3, the top P on the list. I see him ranked top 5 on every list for this year. Slowey is nowhere to be found, this year or last.

What ever you say. Im not gonna renounce what ive said cause i have seen it in various places. Bailey is a very good prospect but i was just sayin slowey is underrated. He even looked better in his call up the bailey
