I wanted to make sure I understand what's happening now: We're free to adjust our rosters and add/waive players without any penalties (ie. having to pay all or half of someone's contract) right now? If this is correct, how long do we have until we are obligated to pay non-rostered players?

Mack clarified it on the '10 day grace period' thread on the sandlot page. |

But your team can't be over the cap, at least that's what I'm assuming.
