Draft begins Sunday, January 9th, 8am EST. No owner will be on the clock between the hours of 12 midnight and 8 a.m. EST. Picks may be made within this timeframe, but no one can be skipped. The time that your pick expires will be posted when you're OTC. Here is how much time we'll have for each pick: Rounds 1-5: 8 hours per pick Rounds 6-10: 6 hours per pick Rounds 11-18: 4 hours per pick The clock starts when the previous pick has been made, or when the time window on the previous pick has expired. Only players that have EXCEEDED 130AB or 50IP in the MLB can be drafted. When you make your pick, please post the player's name, team, eligible positions, and their 2010 salary according to Cot's: mlbcontracts.blogspot.com/The minor-league draft will begin a few days after the MLB draft is concluded. The only players eligible for that draft must be signed by an MLB organization (no independent-league players, japanese league, etc) by the beginning of our MLB draft January 9th, 8am EST, and they must have 130AB or 50IP or fewer.
