Free agents cannot be picked up until a date/time TBD, about a week after the end of the minor league draft.

No owner will be on the clock between the hours of 12 midnight and 8 a.m. EST. Picks may be made within this timeframe, but no one can be skipped. The time that your pick expires will be posted when you're OTC. Here is how much time we'll have for each pick:
