With 9 picks yet to come in the MLB draft, I'm going to anticipate finishing it up this evening, so I'm going to officially set the start of the MiLB draft for 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning. Keyser Soze will officially go on the clock at 8:00 a.m. and will have until 2:00 p.m. to make the first pick.
