The franchise and MLB are random. The MiLB is just the reverse of the MLB

oic, u should have just made the mlb draft a reverse of the franchise draft, and randomized the milb draft imo. i saw a guy in the bottom half for both franchise n mlb draft, not very fair imo. just saying, thats all

The way I see it, (1.) picking 1st and 20th isn't that terribly appealing when 160 players will already be gone, (2) I'm sure at least 25 draft picks will change hands in the week between the Franchise Draft and the Player Draft, and (3) this league is about much more than just the 2008 season.

There is much more to this league than choosing the best talent for 2008. That is the point. Good baseball GMs just alter their strategy based on what they are given and their resources. The same can be done here, as this league will hopefully be together for a long time.

So is every team owner set with a team? I see the rosters and salaries aren't finished, but has every owner picked a team yet? Any idea on a draft date?
