Now that the franchise draft is over, can we set a date to start the MLB draft, or can I make my pick now?

I can make the 2 o'clock time on Sunday. But at about 5 o'clock I gotta bail to my Uncles 50th surprise B-day party. I'll be around for 3 hours(If I don't have a work call), then since you said it was alright to give you a list of players to draft for us, I will do that so I don't skip beats for everyone. But hopefully a majority of us is there, or at least gives you a list to get this league rolling even faster.

Also when do you think a refreshed list of players not chosen list will be visible for us to read without complications of looking at everyone?( Non chosen keeping players left to draft)
