That's a good question. I have a ton of sites I reference for prospects, but since every one of them is different, I've more or less written up a list of prospects already taken and pick and choose for myself. With the number of guys who are in the minors and almost MilB ready, in addition to those who are MLB-ready or already exposed to the MLB (falling short of the 130 AB/50.0 IP req for the MLB draft), it's too big a list to compile for our purposes.

I've resolved to making a small list for myself of guys I particularly like based on what my team is lacking and go from there.

I have a hand-written, very informal one, but I haven't had time to type one out to make available. I'll give it a shot in the next day or two, but I can't promise anything. I'm up to my ears right now. If I make good progress on my HW today, I'll work on it.

seeing as we are nearing the end of the MLB draft... Have we decided to just begin the MiLB draft right after or set a specific start date... Possibly late in the day on this upcoming Sun so most people would have the chance to attend?

Theres probably a plan in place and I just don't know it

It's going to start less than 24 hours after the MLB draft ends. If the MLB draft ends late at night, the MiLB will start the next morning. I need to poll everyone about the time between picks. I'll go set that up now.

Heres a good question. what if we want a minor leaguer after the Milb draft.. Are there normal Waiver procedures or what?

That is a good question, and I'll be honest; I have no idea. I think we will just follow normal WW and FA procedures. Maybe we'll restrict it to guys who are available on ESPN, instead of someone going out and picking up 15 rookie-ball players, especially since you can't keep more than 8 after this season anyway.

i like the idea of waiting until they are in the system. If we do that though, would we have to pick them up on ESPN or would it be the first claim them here? Which would take priority? If I drop someone on my active roster and pick up a minor leaguer I would think that would have priority over someone claiming them for their minor league roster on this sight.
