We'll decide as a group how fast we want the MiLB draft to proceed.

If we don't get a majority vote, we'll go Democratic caucus-style: any choice not getting 25% of the vote will be eliminated and we'll vote again.

Can we get started right away on it when the MLB draft is over?

Yes, unless the MLB draft ends late at night. Then we'll start the MiLB draft the next morning. It will also depend on the result of this vote. Most likely, if the MLB draft ends after 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. EST, the MiLB draft will start at 8:00 the next morning.
The MLB draft is likely going to end Tuesday or Wednesday, and I don't want to put the MiLB draft off until the weekend.

OK... Option 5 should read 6 hours for each pick in rounds 1-3, then 3 hours for each pick in rounds 4 and 5, right? As is, it says 1-3 and then 3-5 again.

That's settled then:
6 hours per pick in rounds 1-3 3 hours per pick in rounds 4-5
