I couldn't find this info in the rules, but what is the eligibility rules regarding a pitcher for being considered an SP or an RP? How many times did they need to start last year to count as an SP, how many times did they need to have pitched in relief to count as an RP? Also, how many times will they need to start this year to gain eligibility as an SP? How many times will they need to pitch in relief this year to gain eligibility as an RP?

Since I've been in the league, we've always let ESPN determine eligibility. Here's what they have posted:
Positional Eligibility for Pitchers
Additional positional eligibility for Pitchers occurs when one of the following conditions is met:
* Pitching appearances last season: 5 starts / 8 relief * Pitching appearances during current season: 3 starts / 5 relief

And in case anybody is wondering about batters:
Positional Eligibility for Batters
Additional positional eligibility for Batters occurs when one of the following conditions is met:
* Games played at a position during last season: 20 * Games played at a position during current season: 10 (The eligibility will take place on the 11th day, even if no game is played that day)

Great. Thanks. Some others were able to tell me about the position people, but nobody I asked could definitively say about the pitching.
