No, I was getting drunk with the mayor and five city council members AFTER a three-hour city council meeting about a city-wide Negro League Day initiative I'm spearheading. I want a date officially named and the key to the city awarded to a group of former Negro League players who frequented the Montgomery area.
And yeah we got hella drunk.
