You cannot have a player on your roster that is not playing American baseball and getting paid to do it. Quit trying to fucking split hairs on this. I don't want to hear about how some minor league teams are not affiliated with major league clubs or how guys on the disabled aren't "technically playing". You all know what I mean on this. If someone needs any further clarification on this, please let me know before attempting to pick up a fucking 13 year old pitcher playing with no glove or cleats in Venezuela.
