WTF is going on here? Bobby already is playing for next year? The season haven't started and we got 2 teams giving away star quality players for unproven talent. I don't understand this crap, never been in a league like this. So who else has tanked this year? Step up and be counted losers............this sucks for the owners trying to field a competitive team while other owners giving away star players. Vlad & Verlander Now all we need is JLane to trade ARod for 2 or 3 17 years old future stars. Can anybody say Brien Taylor. Super star that tanked Hmm. Well, that just makes me want to say kiss my ass Blue Balls, I'll play my team any damn way I like. If you don't understand "giving away star quality players for unproven talent," than you're going to learn a lot in this league. When I say I guess I'm playing for next year, that doesn't mean I'm mailing it in, it means I'm making a decision that hurts me in the immediate and helps me in the long run. That happens all the time in the real world, not just in sports. If anything happens to Verlander, I come out way on top. If any of those prospects I get turns out to be close to Verlander's skill, I come out way on top. 5 players for 1. If you wouldn't make that deal, I don't know what to tell you. I'm still going to try to win this year, I'm still going to be competitive. Looking at your team, there's a good chance I might finish higher than you, and I'll probably have a better team next year. You should think about trading away some of that $18 mil in dead weight you've got playing LF for a prospect or two. uber ownage LOL This league is getting spicy, you gotta love it. Any clown can write: my team is better then yoursafter he's been called a LOSER. ;D you forgot to add what if Verlander wins 25 games and Miller & Laffey are banished to the minors, never ever seeing the Majors again. One thing I know for sure is Manny will report to spring training on time, usually he is late, and this is last year of his contract. So maybe it will be the new & improve Manny. We shall see.
