It clearly hit his knee, and he clearly reacted to it hitting his knee...then tried to pretend it didn't and didn't go for the ball? He could have easily jumped on that ball before anyone else. |

I'm actually not that upset. It was a fucked up way to lose, but what can you do. Backup punt returner. I know I would have been. You've waited almost as long to see your team in the Super Bowl again as I have.... Don't get me wrong, I was plenty pissed as it happened but there are 2 major reasons I'm not that upset; 1. Giants winning the world series meant more than all 5 Niner superbowls combined, and it made me far more calm as it relates to sports. I was going to superbowl parties in diapers growing up in SF so I never had to suffer as a football fan. That was the exact opposite in baseball so the emotional connection is different. 2. Before this year I hoped they'd win 8 games, because I thought that might win the NFC West and get us in the playoffs. I gave up on Alex 2 years ago and even though he was okay last year I hoped Colin Kaepernick would get a chance to play. I liked the Harbaugh signing but didn't know what to expect, and I had never heard of our 1st round pick before in my life. When the Niners picked I said who the fuck is Aldon Smith? I wanted Jake Locker. So going 14-4, hosting 2 playoff games, the resurgence of Alex, Harbaugeddon, and drafting the defensive ROY among many other great things that happened helped put it in perspective. The loss sucks, and the way we lost sucks even more, and I had to wear a fucking NYG jersey all day at work today, but overall it's cool. Pitchers and Poseys report in a few weeks. |

By the time I select in the 9th round, I may have to resort to selecting Jose Canseco. I understand he is tweeting Billy Beane about his hand and bat speed to fill a dh role at age 47. I guess he just watched the "rocky" for retired baseball players. i.e. Moneyball.

How did Colin get all these picks?  ?? Who was the guy or guys who traded there picks to Colin? He has made 15 draft picks and still has one left in the 8th round.....he has 27 roster spots filled, while the rest of us has 17-21 spots filled. Colin has taken over as the leading vulture let me tell U......U trade Colin your 7th & 8th round pick for his 15th , 16th & 17th round pick....U lose Colin is too good.......you guys are out of his league. |

This whole league has, in fact, been an elaborate ruse set up by me over the course of many years.
David Mack? Dude doesn't actually exist. He's just a shell fantasy player I made up to start this league so I could amuse myself by watching you all for a couple of years before inserting myself into the league. How did I do that?
Enter Jackson Gardner. You guys know him as a shrewd owner and 2-time Sandlot champion, but in reality he's just a patsy I manipulated for over a year into thinking I was a nice guy and decent fantasy player so that he would then "invite" me into the league.
All the people I've consummated trades with? Key word: consummate. That's right...fucking. Every deal I've made has been with the express purpose of fucking each and every one of you. How did I make this happen?
Jedi mind control. If you went back and looked at all the deals I made, you wouldn't remember making any of them, but I guarantee you'll feel violated. Especially Baseball Junkies, who got two of the finest players under the age of 23 in baseball.
And I would have gotten away with it if it hadn't been for that meddling old man...

The puppet master giveth and he taketh away. Triple B's, Yoink and Severe Punishment benefitted from the deal too, as I would have kept Andrew Bailey and Delmon Young.
So who is really pulling the strings...time will tell.
One thing is for sure, the league will be looking up at the Juggernauts in the standings a lot this upcoming season.
