Since he must be jewish and has a strange attraction to rate stats (while being allergic to wins) The Keyser will select Matthew
Dear Lee: And what, exactly, is wrong with being a Jewish pitcher? Sincerely, Sandy Koufax

With the way the draft has been affected by salary, I have no idea who I can risk leaving out there, and who I should take now. No kidding. I took a long look at Hermida and Kouzmanoff, and a few other youngsters before taking Dunn. I can't tell you how mpissed I am than Lincecum and cain both got snagged. Owners of both players should send me offers. I will overpay, it's a weakness. LOL I hoped I could get Lincecum on my pick coming back. What a waste. Yes, Jackson has a big man crush on Lincecum. Beard the 1st step is admitting you have a problem. Your post says you do. Acceptance is the key. We can get through this Jackson. Pray!

I'm watching a special on Unidentified Sumberged Objects, they're really making some stretches. They're quoting Columbus talking about movement among the stars, and showing an animation of flying saucer right over the fucking Santa Maria.
But I'm wheelin and dealin, yee-haw

Hey Mack, I'm up next. When will my ET4D before I will be passed? Are we getting only 2 hours? No we're sticking with 6 hours unless PK keeps stalling this thing out. His time doesn't run out until shortly after noon tomorrow. Remember, no one is on the clock between midnight and 8:00 a.m., EST. I won't expect anyone on the East Coast to stay up past midnight, and I wouldn't require anyone on the West Coast to get up at 4:00 in the morning. Picks can made between those hours, but no one gets skipped. I'd imagine you won't even go on the clock until late morning tomorrow. Even if PK makes his pick sometime tonight, you won't go OTC until 8:00 a.m., and you'd have until 2:00 p.m.

I have a couple ESPN shirts, but I don't play on Yahoo. I won a roto league just last year in which I was not in first place any day except when the last day ended. I started the last week in third, and I was in second heading into the last day of the season. I won another 20-team H2H league by staying in first wire-to-wire and sweeping through the playoffs. I was like 45 games ahead of the team with the next best record.

Hoped PK got on and made his pick, but he didn't so I'm off to work. If everything goes right I might be able to check in later. If not I will be back around 4:00pm TODAY.

PK's time has expired and he has been skipped. I've e-mailed him twice without response as yet. The draft proceeds without him.

I had the oposite happen to me. I was in first in a roto league wire to wire based on my pitching staff being first in every category. On the last day the guy who was dominating hitting stats overcame my 5 point advantage because of all the scrubs that didn't meet their minimum pitching requirements. They got no points and he moved up in a bunch of categories. I was pissed.

The post states that the deal is contingent upon a certain player being available in order to consummate the deal. You're telling me that said player, Chris Young, is no longer available, so I cannot allow the trade to process until you've both accepted under the new terms. The post doesn't state who initiated the clause (nor does that really matter), so this is all I have to go on. I have to abide by the language of the accepted deal. The language of your post was unclear in regard to what should happen if the agreed upon player was not available, but Bobby's language is quite clear. I can't allow to you to pick at #26 unless I get the okay from Bobby.

I guess. Dont see why it matters but i guess its just how it should be. It was iniating so that if young wasnt available i could null the trade. I guess we have to wait for bobby.

Hold on, I think I've confused myself. This was intially Bobby's pick before the trade, right? And you were trading up to get Young?

Yea. we iniatied a trade so that i could move up. The he was willing to accept the deal before the clause was even made. I asked if we could add the clause just in case. well young was drafted but i would still like to make the pick, whether i have to wait or not.

I hoping I'm not going to get screwed here. I did nothing wrong. It was my pick and had my sights on CYoung.

No, it has nothing to do with you, beside being annoying and drafting young.

Okay, I see. I mistakenly swapped the picks on the draft order before the deal was final. In that case, I have to stand by my ruling until Bobby says otherwise, because while the post did say that the deal was contingent upon a certain player being available, it did not describe what should be done if that player was not available, nor does it tell me whose decision it should be. I just want to keep things fair. Bobby still is within his rights to refuse the deal, according to the language of the post. If I let you have the pick, but he's changed his mind because Chris Young isn't available, then we have a mess. I can only do what the post tells me. Allowing you to have the pick without further word from Bobby would be over-extending my authority, in my eyes.
If anyone else views it differently, feel free to chime in.

I do, just because he accepted it before we added the clause, so there fore it shouldnt matter if the clause, which he accepted again. Ill wait for bobby though. If we werent all people that have known each other for a while and seen each other, i wouldnt try to do it yet, but i just feel there is a level of trust here. Again, ill wait if its needed.
