You are free to skip Don, his time limit has passed. I texted him hours ago about Wade Davis, so it's not like he doesn't know.

I've missed the past couple days, but just tried to update the draft, is it correct? Mack is skipped, and Junkie Dave is on the clock?

Dickman is on the clock until 8:18 AM tomorrow, since the Kotchman pick was invalid and the valid pick wasn't made until 8:18 PM tonight.

ESPN took down the site, time for everyone without a spreadsheet to lose their mind.

That sucks because the spreadsheet with dropped players, while useful, isn't comprehensive. Having the ESPN FA list to refer to as a second source was great.

I'd offer up my lists, but it's not even 10% of the available players, it's only the guys that I want and that fit into my budget. I'm not sure it would be all that helpful, and I'm not too excited about publishing my remaining picks. Sorry man.

Hey guys...I have Yoink's 11.06 pick, and I won't be near a computer today from about 11-6 Central Time. My pick will come up during that time, depending on when Gary makes his pick.
I don't want to get skipped, so would somebody text me when my pick comes up? I've got a short-list of three guys, so I'll know who I want depending on who Gary takes.
Thanks.

ESPN took down the site, time for everyone without a spreadsheet to lose their mind. Damn! That blows. I make lists of guys I want and don't worry about it until my list is pretty much gone. How long did it take last year? About a week?

I feel like it was a 2 week endeavor but I'm not sure. Should we increase the time limit again back to 6 hours? I mean it's not even February and we're already in the 11th round. The extra time might help or it might not. Regardless if we change the time in-between picks EVERYONE should use the "search" function located at the top of each page and type in the player you want's last name. ALSO when using the "search" make sure you change the parameters. It auto-sets to 7 days and 10 posts. I always change it to 700 days and 100 posts.

ESPN takes down the site to launch the new game every year, we all knew it would happen. People that weren't prepared can make a cheat sheet from Matt's excel file.

Here's an updated draft board. You can search through this to see if the player you want has already been drafted. Use yahoo, cbssports, mlb.com or some other site to look at stats. My apologies if I have any incorrect information on this. Please let me know if I've got a draft pick or a traded pick wrong. PS. I fucking hate excel, it says "move or copy" but really it means "move and delete from old book, and make it unrecoverable." I just deleted pretty much all my minor league draft notes. I guess I get to start over, um, Strasbourg 1st? Attachments:

When you do the "move or copy" action for a tab you have to click the "make a copy" check box in the window prompt otherwise it will do what you described. If you click the checkbox the original file will be unharmed. You could also try exiting the original without saving.

ESPN FA list is particularly helpful in regard to isolating statistics vs rankings of players on a spreadsheet. Is there a way to start the draft earlier to finish before this 2 wk blip, or start the draft after? Is it within the same time frame that it happened last year?
Thanks for the spreadsheets Matt! Very helpful.
