So am I right in saying Don is skipped and Nellie's has 2 more hours before he's skipped? Yeah I think so.

For the new guys that got hosed by ESPN shutting down I'm sorry, someone should have said something. You can thank Matt for sharing his hard work.
If you dont want to create your own spreadsheet, or write your own cheat sheet, in the future just print ESPN's player lists. Easy.
I am not in favor of starting this draft any earlier, it's already starts before anyone else in the world is thinking about baseball, before a lot of FA's sign, before pitchers and catchers report, ect...but that's just my opinion.

Agreed. Well, I think we should start on a Saturday instead of a Sunday, but not any earlier in the year.

Damn you Ninja! I really though Clement would be okay to draft next round.

Not sure if starting on a Saturday would make a difference because it seems like less picks are made on the weekends. I can understand why though.

Quick (I hope) question from a newbie. with all the draft pick trades occuring, some teams may have more MLB players at the end of the draft then they have roster spots....can someone explain what happens next? Do we have to make player cuts to make our rosters fit? What if we don't have the minimun roster size? Do adjustments happen before/after the MiLb draft?

We've had a 10 day, penalty free adjustment period after the draft in the past. You cut you're dead weight, address roster shortcomings via FA or your MiLB players, and don't get penalized for it.

so this adjustment period occurs for both MLB and MiLB at the same time then?

My bad, we had the adjustment period after the MiLB draft. For the 10 days after the MiLB draft, you can add/drop from FA or your own MiLB players without being penalized for not having a full roster, being overbudget, or dropping a player (that means you don't have to pay half their salary). You can also drop any extra players from your roster.

There's not really any adjustment to your MiLB players other than promoting/demoting or picking up new MiLB players, which you are allowed to do after the MiLB draft one MiLB player per day until you hit your max.

I think I have 5 or so extra picks and I fully intend on using them to keep the draft interesting for me, unless of course someone wants to trade me something for them...

Five extra picks? my point to your problem. I wouldn't give you nothing for those picks especially this late in the draft. Why trade something when I can add the players eventually when you will have to release them to get down to your limit.

Guys, Oklahmoma is expecting a wild ice/snow barrage over the next couple of days at least, so there's a good chance we'll lose power in some areas. I will try to log on wherever I can, but if I cannot, I will start circulating texts to people in an effort to expedite my draft picks.
In addition, I probably won't be able to print off the available players list (printer is down at work and I don't own a printer). So don't get upset/annoyed if I ask you which players from position ____ are still available. Your help is greatly appreciated. If I die in the ice storm, I'll have my stunt double/intern here take over for me and draft until I am reincarnated as Heidi Montag's fake right breast.

Is Sean Rodriquez Nellies or Ninja's? Nellie took him but Ninja has him in the slot.
Is Sleeve up Now?

Three great things this morning:
1) Ice/snow isn't bad yet, so I think I'm going to make it. But the office is closed, so work-from-home day! Excellent.
2) I'm astonished I was able to grab Neshek this late in the draft. Let's hope his arm doesn't fall off before I'm able to reap any value from him.
3) My brother and his girlfriend are in the delivery room as we speak, so we get to welcome a new Ruckman to the family soon! Hot damn!
