Old man I used to work with had a stone once. They told him to bring it in after he passed it so he took in a large piece of driveway gravel.

I hope Pat Burrell is one of the best 465 players in baseball this year. That will justify the pick.

Great. All we have to do is wait for Buckner to log on and make the final two picks for his championship-contending team and we'll be done. Good draft, guys.

I say we freeze this thing and call it done. Ryan can pick up FA's with everyone else. He doesnt want to pick anyway. He'll be done by August, especially when he sees his shitty team can't crack the top 10.

That's all they are at this point, right? FA trash? We'll have to look up player salaries anyway since round 13 is the apparent cutoff for relevant information.

Hooray for the All-Century/All-DL Team! That makes three pitchers to start the year on the DL for you, man. At least you listed his salary.
P.S.: You still have to make one more pick, since you were skipped in the 17th AND 18th rounds.

Lets as a group try to limit his trading, all Ryan's trades must go to a group conscious an voted on. Call it an intuition, but I see something in the future..........coughMattcough

You are a fine role model for your children. A fine, fine role model.

I know for a fact I'm a great role model for my two boys........Both boys make the honor role an are star athletes for their teams......They play sports year round. Just got done with the basketball season, baseball is right around the corner. To make matters even funnier while we are hoping the 10th grader will make the varsity team, he is also playing spring soccer. The ex let me listen to a message Jeff the 10th grader was recommended by one of his teachers for AP courses, he says NO WAY. He took AP courses in 9th grade.
Your history shows Matt, you will sneak to that level. coughMattcough...... last year, Don is unactive for 2 months, you want to make a trade with him an he is NOT replying to your email trade offers. You don't know what to do, So you ask Jackson to call him.
This year you have everybody telephone number, so you won't need the message boards....lol
Thu, Jul 2 1:47 PM Roster Update JLW Sleeve of Wizard modified active roster JLW Roster Mon, May 4 12:44 PM Roster Update JLW Sleeve of Wizard modified active roster JLW Roster
Job well done......Matt you have an excellent day today. peace be with you. hugs & kisses from the shakester

I wish we all met in vegas or some place every year and drafted in person. It would be really entertaining.

If this league makes it ten years, I think we should...and I'd vote for all of us to go in on a big-ass house for a week in someplace like Santa Cruz, CA. Then again, if we did something like that then you guys might find out that the Internet is the only reason I know a fucking thing about anybody in baseball. Hmmm...maybe I should ponder this idea for a little longer.

Gary and Bobby do nothing but fight on here, what's going to happen when they're face to face? I bet they both start MMA training months in advance to try to show the other up.

Gary would be sitting in a rocking chair on the porch of the house we rented, whiskey in one hand and a giant stick in the other. Matt would walk up to introduce himself to everyone and Gary would tell him to get off his lawn. Don and Ryan would show up for for 5 minutes somewhere in the middle of the weekend, make a few trades and bounce, and right when Gary was getting ready to waive the stick again, PK and Lee would come stumbling through the front door with a keg of beer, some strippers and an 8-ball of blow, demand to be reinstated, then pass out of the floor. Mack would miss the entire weekend stuck in his cubicle selling boat and RV insurance. He would be represented at the draft by the stack of money with the googly eyes. Howard would show up with several pre-teen Filipino bo.....no nevermind I'll stop there. It would be an awesome weekend.

Alright, guys...I found the place in Santa Cruz. www.vrbo.com/229690Sleeps 20, about one block from one of the absolute best surf spots on the entire Central Coast, and during the time we have our draft it goes for $2500/week. Between 16 of us, that's $156.25 each. Book it, Mack. Just stick it on the credit card. I'll write you a check for my share in 2017.
