I was really hoping that Lowrie was going to slide. I thought that the fact that he doesn't have a bona fide starting position would push him down the board. Oh well (*no use crying over spilled milk*), he isn't going to get the playing time that I wanted anyway (*I'd rather talk sour grapes instead*)... It seems most of us have basically the same short list... |

Yeah getting a catcher that young and cheap, that plays more than nearly every other catcher in the league is a steal this late. Napoli is a pretty great value too, especially if he gets traded or the Angels let him have 450 AB's.
